ARCADIUS
A first-person arcade management sim. You own the place from minute one.
Every cabinet on your floor is a real game.
The claw. Skee-ball. The pinball table in the corner and the sit-down racer by the door. Not idle timers with a cabinet drawn around them — machines you can walk up to, drop a token in, and actually play.
You own it from minute one
No grind to unlock the arcade. You start with the keys, an empty room, and a floor that needs filling.
Ticket payout is the lever
Loosen it and the room fills up. Tighten it and the margin comes back — until word gets around and the room empties again.
Where a machine sits changes what it earns
Sightlines, walking routes, and what stands next to what. The floor plan is a decision, not decoration.
One new number per tier
Each unlock introduces exactly one new kind of number to reason about. That restraint is the whole design.
On the floor
For people who like the spreadsheet underneath
The prize counter is the real economy. A plush worth forty cents walks out of the door having cost six dollars in tokens — and the trick is that everybody leaves happy. Getting that number right, machine by machine and week by week, is the game.
